Full end-to-end tracking is offered to Mainland USA via Royal Mail with delivery confirmation. Please check the level of compensation cover you require before choosing your shipping option.

 Orders shipped to Europe or the Rest of the World may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the checkout total.

• Estimated Timelines: Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers. While we work hard to meet these, factors like extreme weather or postal strikes are outside of our immediate control.
• Missing Parcels: In the rare event that your parcel goes missing or is significantly delayed, please contact us. While we must allow the courier's official "claims window" to pass, we will always ensure you receive your items or a full refund.
• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
